We are an Arabic supplementary school, situated on the border of Barnet and Enfield. We have been operating since September 2004, using 5 classrooms in Southgate School, for which we pay rent to Enfield council. We provide Qur’an, Islamic studies and Arabic teaching to children aged between 5 and 16 years.  

The school uses ‘I learn Arabic’, a special syllabus designed for pupils in the West.

Our aim is to help our students to acquire skills in:

• Proper recitation and memorisation of the Holy Quran;
• Proper understanding of authentic Islam;
• Arabic language.
  

We are a not-for-profit school. The money we collect as school fees goes entirely towards teachers’ salaries, teaching materials, rent and other expenses.   The actual number of students for the academic year 2008/2009 is as follow:

The school is offering an outstanding service to the Arab & Muslim community in Barnet and Enfield and is well known for its good results.

Our school runs on Saturdays from 9:30 am to 3:40 pm.  From the 2nd Saturday of September to the 3rd Saturday of July.

The school day is divided into 7 sessions: 3 for Arabic language, 2 for Quran and 2 for Islamic Studies. We have two end of term exams and we award certificates at the end of the school year.

The school fee is: £350 per child for the Academic Year
